Q about Shel Silverstein's "Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout" as played on Dr. Demento show

I'm old enough that I remember listening to the Dr. D show on KMET.

I recently bought "Where the Sidewalk Ends" from iTunes so that I could enjoy the music with my kids. This album includes Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout, but it's not the same version I remember hearing on the Dr. D. show.

I'd like to buy that other version, but I don't know what album it's from. I have searched both iTunes and Amazon, but they only offer the version I already have.

You can hear the version I want here:

(The versions are near-identical; one is 2:33, the other is 2:45, and I've noticed a lyric change ("her father" on one version, "her parents" on the other.)

Does anyone know if the version Dr. D. played is available on CD or as a digital download?

The version Dr. D normally plays is from the Freakin' At The Freakers Ball album. It has been released on CD with bonus tracks. This track was also available on 45.

For a while, that was the only non-children's Shel Silverstein album on CD, but recently most of his other albums have come out, but ironically it appears that one went out of print. It looks like it's coming out on CD again next week though, but without the bonus tracks.
