Back in the 70s I had an 8track of parody's with one of big john with something along the lines of he was 4 ft 6 and weighed 385 He had cauliflower ears (from driving him under the shoring with there shovels)does anyone know what or who I am referencing Thanks for the help for the life of me I cant remember who did it or anything else about it

"The Ballad Of Irving" doesn't have a line about cauliflower ears. I think the OP is thinking of a different song.

There was "Big Bad Bruce" as a BBJ parody, but it doesn't sound like your
song either. Big Bad Bruce was a hairdresser in a salon, the ultimate
climax of the story goes into a problem with "the number 5 drier".
