Spaced Out, the only website wholly dedicated to the recordings of
http://easyweb.easynet.co.uk/~rcb/light/
This will become the new base for the site and will see it becoming
much much bigger over the next few weeks and months.
The existing US "mirror" site (http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/
Palms/5310/) will remain operative but, unless I receive a torrent of
complaints ;-), I expect to be closing this down shortly.
So, please update any bookmarks and links you may have to the new UK
address.
FYI, Spaced Out has the most comprehensive Enoch Light discographies
available in *any* medium; interviews with Dick Hyman, Tony Mottola
(and even a brief chat with Esquivel!) and links to many other useful
resources on the net.
Enjoy your visit!
Robbie
I CAN'T FIND IT. PLEASE SEND ME THE RIGHT LINK TO ***@gmail.com. Thanks!

Wait another six years and then try again?...r
Or 16 years! What the original post in 1997 had to do with r.m.d I'm not really sure. Dr. D did use an Enoch Light tune as backing music to something he played in 1975 while in New York, but otherwise I don't see a connection.

There have been several posts recently replying to very old threads. Did something change about google's searching that is suddenly leading people to find these old threads? I know they've had the old stuff on here for a long time, which is really cool, but I wonder why suddenly it seems to be replied to.

I see it in other groups too; in alt.obituaries we suddenly hear from a
"relative" or "close friend" of someone who died ten years ago complaining about
us making light of the circumstances...nine times out of ten the people who made
the original flip remarks aren't even participating in the group any more....

One thing I've noticed is that these blasts from the past invariably come from
gmail addresses...something about Google Groups is turning over old stuff and
presenting it as new, and people who've only been online for a short time feel
it must be replied to....r
